Exterior Detail
Wheel and tire cleaning - We use dedicated brushes as to not transfer any brake dust or asphalt contaiminates to another part of the vehicle. We use a bucket with a dirt trap to keep particles from reintroduction into the brushes. This helps us prevent scratching rims or tires with removed dirt.
Initial rinse - Pressure wash using just water to remove loose dirt and debris.
Foam cannon application - Using environmentally friendly soap we spray the vehicle from top to bottom ensuring even coverage.
Hand wash - While soap is still present from foam cannon application, we use environmentally friendly car shampoo from one bucket, utilizing a second bucket to rinse, we use minimal pressure on the painted exterior with mitts, towels, and shammys. Washing the vehicle in sections, we go top to bottom ensuring that no area is mised.
Rinse and dry - Next we rinse the entire vehicle with clean water. Using a microfiber drying towel and silicone squeegees we dry the vehicle. At this time we may use a detail spray to act as a drying agent and for touch ups. This helps remove water spots and slows down the drying process to prevent streaks.
Final inspection - Lastly we check the entire vehicle for any missed spots or uneven areas. We use an environmentally friendly detail spray for any necessary touch-ups.
*Clay bar - As an upgrade to a basic exterior detail, customers can choose to have a clay bar treatment. Once the vehicle is properly rinsed and dried we spray a lubricant onto the surface to be treated. Then, we gently glide the clay bar over the lubricated surface using back-and-forth motions. We regularly inspect the clay bar for contaiminants and fold it to expose a clean surface as needed. Once treated we wipe the section with a clean microfiber towel to remove any lubricant residue. We repeat the process for each section of the vehicle until the entire vehicle has been treated. This process is done prior to waxing.
Interior Detail
Initial vacuuming - We remove floor mats, then remove loose dirt and debris from carpets, seats, and mats using a high volume vacuum.
Dashboard and console - Starting at the front of the car we use a dry, soft detail brush to dust the dashboard and vents, while simultaneously using the vacuum to remove the dust. We clean all hard surfaces with environmentally friendly all-purpose, and interior cleaners. We finish this step by applying a UV protecter that leaves the surface clean and with a shine.
Door clean - Using an environmentally friendly all-purpose, and interior cleaner in combination with steamer doors are cleaned thoroughly.
Upholstry and carpet cleaning - Using an upholstry cleaner and extractor, we treat stains and deep clean all fabric surfaces with a steam cleaner and drill brush attachments. We use a pet hair removal tool if needed.
Leather cleaning and conditioning - Using PH-balanced leather cleaners we clean all leather surfaces. We then apply a leather conditioner to maintain softness.
Cup holders and hard-to-clean areas - We utilize our steam cleaner and environmentally friendly all-purpose and interior cleaners for cup holders, and other hard-to-clean areas.
Rubber floor mats - We utilize our steam cleaner on rubber floor mats and rinse them clean with water.
Glass and mirror cleaning - We use environmentally friendly glass cleaner in combination with specialty tools to reach difficult to access spots and clean all interior windows and mirrors.
Final touches - We do a final walkthrough and ensure all areas are dry and free of streaks and smudges. We replace any personal items that were removed during cleaning. We return floor mats to the correct places in the vehicle. Finally we leave a complimentary air freshener in the vehicle.
